Adoption Information

If you find a pet that you are interested in, whether it is online or at the Adoption Center located within the Petco at Baseline and Stapley, or at our Petsmart location at Power and McKellips we ask that you spend some time getting acquainted with that pet.

• When you come to the Adoption Center you will be greeted by a trained adoption counselor who will ask questions about your lifestyle, energy level, etc.
• Please be sure to bring your family with you; we want to make sure that this is the right animal for everyone in your home.
• If you have a dog please bring your dog with you too so that we may conduct a meet and greet with the animals to determine their compatibility.
• You will be asked to fill out an Adoption Application and with our dogs, a home visit will need to be conducted.
• Spend as much time with the potential new addition to your family as possible and ask as many questions as necessary. Remember, most of the animals at Furever Friends Rescue have had a family and we may have more information with regard to their personalities and needs.
